Our work supports critical Nuclear Medicine services, and we take pride in continually enhancing operational excellence.As the National Lead for Radiopharmacy Wales with NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership my approach is rooted in innovation and improving services through Lean methodologies, fostering leadership development, and driving transformation programs that elevate clinical and technical services. These initiatives will transform medicine delivery across Wales whilst empowering other leaders to excel in service delivery and quality management.
