In the past few years, the things that I’ve enjoyed the most during my 20-year Oracle consulting career have become more clear. First, working directly with the customer teams that implement Oracle solutions to assist not only with the technical details but also to provide advice, reassurance, and an eye to what “could be” that enables our customers to achieve their business benefits. Second has been learning from and contributing to the experience of everybody that I work with. These passions for customer success, learning, and coaching have developed through my work history and drive me every day to help deliver valuable results. My consulting journey throughout various technical implementation, project management, sales related, and executive management roles have armed me with years of experience across the Oracle solutions, many industries, and all project roles required to successfully drive value for our customer’s Oracle investment.
