Serving as a Mission Priest to the Aylesham Benefice of St Peter's, Aylesham, Holy Innocents, Adisham and St Mary's, Nonington.Three very different contexts; rapidly changing, seeking sustainable mission across the Benefice and seeking new ways to be church.Village living and rapid residential development from 4500 to 8500 residents.Helping the church reshape and restructure to meet the opportunities.

My curacy runs from June 2010 to June 2014. Producing and delivering management information on regulated complaint handling to senior managers and directors. As part of a small team, responsible for delivering the information for complaint handling sites across Kent and the South of England.Prior experience at Lloyds TSB included assessment of claims against Income Protection Policies and Mortgate protection policies, as well time spent in Mortgage Endowment Review during the mis-selling period.
