Over the years, I was given to opportunity to teach various levels and subjects. I have had some experience with students with learning disabilities ranging from: mild learning difficulties to students with autism and Aspergers. During my tunure here in Saudi, I was also entrusted with planning 2 trips abroad to Switzerland as part of our "Outdoor Week". I supervise this trip from the early drafting of the budget all the way to the completion of this one. All the students came back safe and sound. My goal is to get a teaching position in an educational setting that would allow me to grow as a teacher and individual.Having recently finished my Masters in educational leadership, I would like to steer my career into this challenging new position that administration has to offer. I want to help the school staff create an atmosphere where collegiality, ownership, accountability rule. And for our most important stakeholders, the students, I want for them a safe, technologically relevant, and challenging where they can develop skills that they will need to succeed in these ever-changing times.Specialties: I am familiar with new technologies in the classroom. I try to keep up-to-date with our digital natives (our students) by integrating more technology in class, and allowing them to use different media to submit projects or to show their understanding. During my Saudi stint, I was also given the opportunity to work on a supervision schedule for the school and took care of staffing this one. Always ready to lend a hand, I feel that being a TEAM player is one of my forte.
