I have recently assumed the position of Director of Donor Business Development at A Child's Song. I also currently volunteer as a Board Director and am a past Board President for A Child's Song. This Denver nonprofit provides music education and appreciation for the entire family designed to fully develop the brain on individual, group, and community levels in an atmosphere and environment that nurtures, advances, and preserves the art of creating music. A Child's Song brings families together one song at a time. As a real estate investor and property manager, I co-own and manage my own investment properties held in LLCs in two states. I handle property operations to enhance property value. I ensure leases and corresponding paperwork are completed and that resident files are maintained. I handle resident concerns and requests timely to ensure satisfaction and that service requests are completed appropriately. I conduct regular community inspections. I coordinate maintenance and rehabilitation projects/assignments; ensuring repairs/rehabilitations are completed timely. I managed the total renovation of a 65 year-old family home in Lakewood, Colorado in 2017 for use as a rental property. I completely renovated an owned property in Golden in 2021. In June 2020, I retired as an Operational Risk Consultant at Wells Fargo. At Wells, I helped manage operational risk for several Consumer Banking risk programs; including Conduct Risk, Financial Crimes, Regulatory Compliance, Product Development/Delivery, and Anti-Money Laundering. I played a key role in transitioning Wells Fargo to a variety of new IPRC/SHRP platform processes and reinventing the operational risk management function at Wells Fargo. I had been with Wells Fargo and its predecessor banks for a total of 29 years. I serve as photographer for the Heritage Todd Creek Car Club. I own a 2007 Ford Mustang Shelby GT and a 2003 Ford Ranger Tremor pick-up with just over 20,000 miles on it. I participate in car club events. I am also a member of the Heritage Todd Creek Photography Club and HTC RV Club.I volunteered for the Action Center Tenant-Landlord Helpline for nearly two years; helping their team answer 400 calls a month from landlords and tenants throughout Colorado.
