I also chaired the Strategic Planning Committee of the Board, responsible for identifying organization mission and values and implementing them through a series of deliberate activities designed to enhance the value of the organization to its stakeholders. We are celebrating our 23rd anniversary in 2022 and are excited about our partnership iwth several donors and grantors this year. MCT Holdings is the service company for real estate properties in Colorado and Arizona. It handles all tenant interactions and payment servicing for 5 LLCs. As President, I make sure that all tenant issues are handled quickly and resolved satisfactorally. MCT also serves as construction project manager for 5 LLCs and recently completed the entire renovation of a condominium in Golden, Colorado.

We purchased our first rental property in 2001 and have added to our portfolio in both Colorado and Arizona. I manage all properties ans completely renovated our Golden condominium in 2021. Each property was put into its own LLC in 2021.

After totally renovating my dad's 65 year old house as construction manager, I joined my sisters in investing in this vintage all-brick ranch home located in Lakewood Colorado. Our childhood home has five fully remodeled bedrooms, completely re-done hardwood floors, upgraded plumbing and electrical systems, a new furnace and sewer system, new windows, new paint, a totally new kitchen and two new baths.
