Marc is currently the Manger of Operations for the Lexington Dept. of Public Works in Lexington Ma. He exercises general supervision and guidance over the department to include the management of staffing, equipment allocation and deployment, which include but are not limited to special events, projects and snow operations. This includes direct or indirect supervision of 60-90 full-time equivalent employees including the Highway Equipment & Drain Supt, Public Grounds Supt, Water & Sewer Supt. and the Environmental Service Supt. He is also assists with the management of Capital Projects and the Operating Budget for Public Works.

Lexington, Massachusetts

Marc plans, implements, directs, and reviews street maintenance and repair, snow removal operations, construction and repair of drainage systems, and other related Highway and Drain maintenance and repair activities for the Town’s 284 lane miles of roads, 9 brooks and approximately 4,300 drainage structures in town. Marc also has oversight of the Road Machinery Division, which is responsible for the repair and maintenance of all Town's 160 plus vehicles & equipment (excluding Police and Fire). Marc also assists the Town’s Public Works Director with the management of one of the Northeast Homeland Regional Security Advisory Council (NERAC) three cache equipment sites.

All phases of heavy and civil construction, including site clearing and development, earthwork, deep foundation excavation, utilities, earth retention systems, cut off barrier slurry walls, landfill construction, site remediation, processing of earth materials, and many other specialty construction items.

Site, utility rehabilitation, and small concrete construction projects. Projects include Sidewalk Rehabilitation at U.S. Army Labs, Natick; Leominster Library Addition Site work; Sewer Rehabilitation for Hillsborough, NH; New Bedford Water Main Improvements; First Church of Christ Scientists, Boston, Wood Pile Inspection and Hultman Aqueduct Valve Replacement, Southborough.

Work closely with Project Manager and General Superintendant with all aspects of field operations for diving, confined space, pile driving and excavation projects. Coordinate daily operations with owner’s field representative. Recent projects include Onion Creek Tunnel Liner & Inspection; Harvard Graduate Housing Deep Excavation and Central Artery/Third Harbor Tunnel Project.

Work closely with Project Manager and General Superintendant with all aspects of field operations for site, utility, pile driving and excavation projects. Coordinate daily operations with owner’s field representative. Projects include Central Artery/ Third Harbor Tunnel Project, Mission Main Site Work, and New Bedford Ferry Terminal.
