Delivered 100% of work on-time.Delivered automated solutions for setting up and extending COVID-19 Forbearance Plans and supportive reporting. Required extensive interaction with senior leadership, business and technology partners. Have remained agile in delivering solutions which change frequently based on government & internal legal guidelines.Transitioned a complex and manual process used to build a data repository for all loans impacted by FEMA and non-FEMA declared disasters which was used in all reporting within Reporting Solutions. We were able to automate the process, deliver the data 4-6 hours earlier each day, increase performance by 200% and reduce the complexity of the coding for better maintenance.Led project to automate the data capture and processing of vendor data which had been attempted several times in the past.
