Cassidian Test and Services, one of the world leaders in test benches foraeronautical equipment, has officially confirmed the transfer of its business byAirbus Group. A former division of the Airbus Group defense branch, the newentity, named SPHEREA.My internship is aim to develop driver U-TEST (aeronautic test platform developped by Spherea) .In fact, this project involves 3 companies: My employer company – Spherea Test & Services, our client – Aviation Industry Corporation of China(AVIC) and our partner (Cards supplier) Hwacreate.Hwacreate provides digital cards of AFDX and ARINC 429. Based on our platform, I have done the test of the cards and developped the driver in RT system.Avionics Full DupleX Switched Ethernet (AFDX) is a standard that defines the electrical and protocol specifications (IEEE 802.3 and ARINC 664, Part 7) for the exchange of data between Avionics Subsystems. One thousand times faster than its predecessor, ARINC 429, it builds upon the original AFDX concepts introduced by Airbus.
