I am a self starter and highly motivated and a very positive personality.I manage four commercial property managers plus the Commercial Services department with multiple employees. I am responsible for monthly financial statements to the owners, annual budgets, and year end reconciliations. At the same time, I manage 11 properties of my own. The largest commercial properties that Oldham Goodwin manages. Problem solving is my greatest attribute along with following through on getting projects completed in addition to constant communication with our owners based on their required level of involvement. I also work closely with the accounting department to ensure each owner is getting the most information that is important to them. I work extensively with Yardi One 7s Voyager in conjunction Elevate with Procure to Pay 2v. I created a complete step-by-step pdf presentation for all commercial property managers companywide on how to property set up each commercial entity for reconciliations in Yardi to be able to calculate them correctly. Communication is the key factor in obtaining any goal, so everyone is on the same page.
