LC Liegenschaft Consulting, founded in 1998 and based in Stuttgart, is a portfolio developer for residential and commercial properties. Across Germany, we acquire properties of all types and sizes which have technological and entrepreneurial potential for development. We then initiate value-enhancing measures and professional asset management to sustainably upgrade and reposition the properties. Once these measures have been completed successfully, the properties are sold or transitioned into our medium-term portfolio. We have more than 20 employees to cover all internal core tasks along the value creation chain – from procurement through to technology, asset management and sales.
