In 2017, my colleague Joanna Motion and I contributed the chapter "When Development drives distinctiveness" to Susie Baker's "The challenge of being distinctive" (published by CASE Europe). Areas of interest include: education theory and practice and the wider education landscape in the UK; financial planning for fundraising; implementing performance improvement; governance and working with and through boards (strategy and fundraising).
