About Marc Wicks Mbe

Delivering dynamic leadership training and team building across all levels of business management using the personal insights, understanding and experience gained during a unique 32 years of defence experience as a Royal Marines Commando (RMC). During this time I conducted numerous combat and operational deployments at command team level. I was nationally recognised for my contribution to the service by being awarded the MBE and whilst serving I attained the highest position as an enlisted rank in the Royal Marines, that of the ‘Corps Regimental Sergeant Major.’ I was selected from the 28 NATO nations, to be the Supreme Allied Commander for Transformation, Command Sergeant Major and I have briefed international audiences at state and ambassador level and also served as the Physical Training Advisor to the USMC based in Virginia, USA. As a coaching consultant I enable and assist with the leadership development, implementation and management of strategy, operations, projects and personnel development and my key strengths include:·
