I am seasoned IT professional with 20+ years of professional services experience working in and with high performance teams. I am an enthusiastic, results driven, grounded leader who has, and continues to benefit by the expertise of the teams I have worked with. As Director of Global Services Strategy Delivery Enablement, I am responsible for the technical development and enablement of all professional services associated with Hitachi Vantara’s product portfolio and development of new non product attached value-added services. The Delivery Enablement function works with Product, Customer Support, Customer Success, Operations, Training, Sales, Services global executive leadership, Managed Services and the Services Strategy Sales Enablement function to develop documentation, labs, skills maps and training to ensure field readiness for all product related “go to markets” and new service introductions. This requires expert inter and intraorganizational communication, interpersonal, leadership, planning and organization skills.Prior to working with the Global Services Strategy team at Hitachi I served as Director of Americas Pre-Sales Digital Infrastructure (“DI”) Professional Services for Hitachi Vantara. In that role I was responsible for overseeing all DI Professional Services pre-sales activities to include scoping, level of effort generation, pricing, escalations, and communications/collaboration with sales and product management, as well as driving strategy and direction to increase professional services revenue targets across the Americas. Previous to my role as Director of Americas Pre-Sales Professional Services I served as a Principal Technical Consultant for partner channel professional services development for Hitachi Vantara. In addition to my recent roles at Hitachi Vantara, in 2012-2013 as part of the NJ National Guard I was chosen to deploy to Afghanistan and fill the role of Operations NCOIC in a 365-day deployment for Combined Joint Interagency Task Force 435. During this combat deployment I successfully oversaw the execution of over 2500 air and ground movements without any loss of life, served in additional capacities of Master Driver Trainer, Force Protection NCO , assumed the role of the Sr. Enlisted Operations leader in his absence, and planned and completed over 80 ground missions as Convoy Commander. These positions required expert planning, leadership, collaboration, interpersonal and organizational communication skills, and extreme dedication to successful outcomes.
