After graduation I've tried my best to improve all the missing skills i haven't learnt during academic years. Since i started working in IT, I naturally gain more knowledge and i believe my strongest points are:-I enjoy working in a challenging environment and I’m able to work under pressure, resolving issues promptly-Handling different type of tasks are my everyday: from coding to setting up a deployment pipeline, from building architectures to do technical pairing interview.-I keep improving myself with courses and books but I realize that talking to others, confrontation and code review are approaches that helps in gaining more insight and better understanding.-Organizational and managerial skills: being able to help my team to achieve our goals and constructive feedback are my daily routine.
