He led an initial team of five USA expatriates and successfully grew the practice organically locally by over 200% in the course of the first year. These overall efforts eventually culminated in the acquisition of Europe's largest Workday boutique consulting firm to further expand the practice capabilities in region. Marc was then responsible for integrating the new organization into the existing delivery organization.
