HRIS team member primarily responsible for all aspects of Workday Compensation and Workday Reporting. Strategic advisor providing guidance on the overall Workday product roadmap, investigating and prototyping new functionality, as well as resource support for a global team providing 24 hour coverage across multiple products and functional areas.

Program Manager for the ecosystem's largest Workday Financials deployment. Full replacement of the organization's global Corporate Accounting and Procure to Pay back office systems onto an existing Workday HCM/Payroll production system. Responsible for leading day to day operations of the project as the business representative on the large multi-year, global program.

Marc is responsible for multiple strategic initiatives across the Alight Solutions global business. He serves as the transition executive for Alight's first acquisition (Future Knowledge Australia) and was responsible for the day to day management of the end to end M&A process for the acquisition. Additionally, he serves as a client advisor to Alight's customers as they migrate to the cloud for their HR and Financial systems. As an active member of the Alight deployment delivery team, he is in engaged in all facets of the Workday project delivery effort and is a functional and process advisor to both the Alight and customer teams.

Marc is responsible for the growth of the Cloud Deployment Solutions practice. As Alight Solutions (formerly the outsourcing business of Aon Hewitt) expands its delivery focus into the Workday mid-enterprise market, Marc manages the relationship with Workday and Alight's customers to transform their businesses with new cloud based systems and services. He is responsible for the entire business development cycle end to end for net-new customers and works with existing customers to expand the overall Alight relationship.

Marc is responsible for a portfolio of Aon's current Workday deployments. Marc was then responsible for integrating the new organization into the existing delivery organization.
