The rollout of ServiceNow was delivered on a time-compressed schedule of only 90 days across all ITSM process areas and also within budget.♦Tools Implementation - Directed the design & selection of 17 monitoring tools & utilities for a large program to bring Infrastructure Service in-house with a budget of $1.5m and matrix team of 12 people from 7 different functions♦Documentation & Compliance – Created & maintained all appropriate program management documentation to ensure compliance with target dates & alignment with the governance framework.
