• Acted as product advocate, solutions architect, and liaison between the engineering staff and professional services to ensure that the latest version of the Arsdigita Community System (ACS) was capable of supporting principles of knowledge management and robust and extendable enough for more rapid and effective implementation for clients. Responsibilities included product requirements definition and prioritization, translation into engineering approaches, and marketing materials development.• Responsible for the development, quantification, and deployment of a client project methodology firm wide. Built the team to create an internal project management competency and to standardize professional services methods.• Managed several critical client projects, including:o A $1.6M engagement in partnership with a systems integration firm to implement and roll out an eCommerce site for the World Bank. The site provided a workflow process that supports authoring, editing, and publishing original publications, and two separately branded eCommerce sites to sell the publications and other products.o A content management back-end for a large consumer products company in partnership with several other firms.• Generated proposals and drove sales activities, frequently giving technical presentations in RFP response situations. Developed proposal and marketing material templates and a content library to streamline the proposal generation process.
