Leading a team of 65 finance professionals in support of Beam Suntory’s commercial activities generating revenues of $1.7bn across the Americas, with particular emphasis in the US where Beam Suntory is the #2 spirits supplier and gaining share.

Lead all aspects of finance for Beam Suntory’s Supply Chain organization. Working with 100+ operational finance professionals, we provide financial planning and analysis as well as controllership support to our Global Supply Chain colleagues. We collaborate to optimize asset utilization, particularly inventory, and to manage Supply Chain-controlled costs as we aim to neutralize the impact of inflation..

Selected to lead a Board Approved largest ever global transformation project to contemporize the AVON Service model. Originally driven by the need to upgrade obsolete order management systems, the project was expanded to achieve positive internal rate of return (IRR) and net present value (NPV) driven by improved Sales, Marketing, Distribution and Finance processes supported by SAP and IBM Websphere Commerce platforms.

Based in England to lead the finance organization of 3 commercial business units generating over $2BN USD in revenue. Tasked with facilitating the transfer of “best in class” management processes from Western Europe, Middle East and Africa to China and other Asian markets in order to deliver sustainable growth. Objective was to ensure that organic growth, growth through mergers and acquisition and geographic expansion efforts were properly aligned and resourced.

Led the finance organization supporting marketing, sales and supply chain in US, Canada, Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic. Focused on optimization of resource allocation through investment analysis and pricing strategies.

Located in England to lead the finance organization supporting the 31 “entities” forming Europe, Middle East & Africa, the engine of sales and profit growth for the corporation at the time. Supported the launch of five new markets, repurchased a joint venture, closed a manufacturing facility and a distribution facility, opened a manufacturing location in Russia and spearheaded various initiatives to maximize asset utilization and increase profitability.
