The stuffy bio is below. But here's a bit about me that's more personal. I love helping leaders. Leaders who feel stuck. Particularly founders who have grown an organization to a point where there is a team...but to the point where there's no more fun. And that team feels more like a drag than a help.Interestingly, I find this type particularly in nonprofit founders and tech startups. Both attract can-do, positive, fast-paced, do-ers. In my time here, I've helped the Foundation move from only raising $60,000 - $80,000 a year to raising $250,000 - $500,000 each year.
