• Principle Duties and Responsibilities• Generate Sales• Produce sales gains, by providing customer service.• To meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics.• Learn to provide consistent, documented appraisal of an associate’s sales performance. • giving feedback on areas of strength and opportunity while keeping in line with Company Objectives.• Adhere to current visual guidelines includes: proper merchandising, signage and store cleanliness.• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Dress Code Policy

• Manage front desk, confirm reservations, rent storage units, present lease agreements, and collect rental payments Maintain inventory control on every shift supervised• Maintain property appearance by cleaning facility daily• Perform daily inspections of storage units to ensure units are clean, properly locked and rent ready• Travel between locations will be required within a reasonable distance• Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken• Deal with banking like money and cheque deposits• Take merchandise delivery and do inventory monthly• Doing appointment setting with client

• Providing excellent customer service and ensure that service always meets standards • Preparing and delivering gold standard product within service limit on a consistent basis• Maintain inventory control on every shift supervised• Ensure customer satisfaction all the time• Communicate clearly and courteously with all co-workers and customers• Provide equality to both co-workers and customers
