J'ai de plus contribué à plusieurs transactions d'achat et de vente d'entreprise, à l'élaboration de produits financiers innovateurs y compris des produits pour la gestion de patrimoine, la mise sur pied d'alliances stratégiques et de partenariats commerciaux pour la distribution de produits financiers. J'ai également représenté des institutions financières auprès des autorités gouvernementales lorsque de nouveaux projets de lois ou règlements les régissant ou s'appliquant à la distribution de leurs produits ont été proposés.
