Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts for a leading satellite services provider. The majority of work involved commercial contracts, such as customer agreements, but also included several corporate matters, specifically intra-group service agreements. Other responsibilities lay with providing legal support across the company, most frequently to the business development department where I was able to tackle a variety issues including the creation of a foreign subsidiary.My most significant contribution in this position was to play a key role in the successful execution of a contract management project, where a legal information system and associated legal processes were implemented by a selected team into one of the company's foreign subsidiaries in Germany, ND SatCom GmbH. I was involved from start to finish in the planning and management, and subsequently in the execution of the project which required frequenttravel to Friedrichshafen to perform onsite tasks, which included teaching the ND SatCom legal department the new system. A large aspect of this role also involved legal due diligence of the subsidiary, specifically reviewing their existing customer agreements.

Legal advice and support on a variety of air traffic control liability issues, with a focus on the liability of air traffic control authorities for their operators. This included several research based reports on the issue in general as well as assessing several specific incidents to Hungarian Air Traffic Control.
