I am currently working on project roles aligned to Social Impact, Equity and Organisational cultural change leadership.For nine years, I have led Social Impact Programs at Accor, the Pacific region's largest hotel operator based in Sydney, Australia. My work has successfully enabled 20,000 team members to embrace marginalised groups in society and achieve success through employment, career progression, and economic development within the tourism industry. I take pride in changing narratives through insight, experiences, and actions which create real, genuine, and measurable outcomes within community and corporate settings.This is evidenced through my work leading strategic partnership, capability development, and engagement programs with First Nations communities, fundraising, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion over many years. Through my Global Atlantic Fellowship, I have undertaken deep learning and thinking to create connections and outcomes with First Nations communities and tourism in Australia. I believe that tourism is an incredible industry that can offer opportunities to preserve and practice culture, share stories, and build mutual understanding and respect.
