Product Management Lead within the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) Reporting Group at Educational Testing Service (ETS): The NAEP Reporting Group is responsible for producing reports and other informational materials (web- and print-based) to inform the public and educational stakeholders about students' knowledge and skills in different subject areas. A central focus of this work is the Nation's Report Card, which is the only ongoing assessment of U.S. students know and can do in various subjects. I have served as lead author for reports in science, technology and engineering (TEL), math, and arts. My primary responsibilities include defining reporting goals as well as designing and writing reports. As part of report development work, I collaborate with colleagues across ETS including those in assessment development, data analysis, psychometrics, and survey questionnaire development. I works with members of the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) to ensure reports are accurate, informative, and engaging. I have also worked in test development for the NAEP science assessment creating interactive computer tasks, hands-on tasks, and developing survey questions.

The Immunotherapeutics Group at Purdue Pharma was a discovery research venture focused on developing antibody based therapeutics and active immunotherapies for treating cancer.As leader of the In Vivo Pharmacology Group recruited and managed a team of four scientists.
