From the initiation stage of a brand change, merger or acquisition, I build the business case, prepare and execute the plans and close the project. Changes are initiated from Marketing, Communications or Branding at the corporate level. I have specialized at change management for digital channels, digital workplace and IT applications. On a daily basis I therefore work with a large variety of stakeholders: brand and marketing managers, communication managers, IT management, UX/UI/CX teams, business or technical application owners, IT architects, legal counsels, product owners, etc. The stakeholders I work with, range from operational to executive C-level.I mainly work for clients for which digital channels and IT applications are key to their business process, like e.g. banks, insurance companies, fintech, telco, pharmaceuticals, retail.Some of the clients I worked for: ING, Sanofi, TK Elevator, Trust, Parkmobile / PARK NOW, Thredd, Enreach, DSM Firmenich, Barclays.
