- Manage the consolidated treasury position of the company, forecast the Cash Flow for the Celsa UK Holdings companies. Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions.- Manage the Working Capital of the company.- Manage all bank facilities such as the Term debt and Asset Based Lending facilities.- Negotiate the credit terms of the company.- Review and prepare the organisation's financial reports.- Lead the audit of banking facilities and liaise with finance providers.- Relationship with lenders.- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of managers to ensure the organisation's finance activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to the relevant regulations, laws and standards.- Implement continuous improvement, control improvements and other TQM activities across the finance department as well as manage some of the mini-company projects.

- Produce accurate monthly consolidated financial statements.- Monthly analytical review of reporting entities (BS, P&L, CF).- Drive business results while achieving KPI metrics.- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports / statements- Review financial statements and reports to interpret results and advise management.- Ensure high quality in the financial reporting by financial controlling.- Various ad hoc tasks within audit, financing, internal control, M&A, restructuring debt, impairment tests, business plan and support to subsidiaries.
