Clients include businesses in construction, manufacturing, professional services, retail sales, transportation and insurance.•Provide business strategy assessments and business development plans to owners and other interested parties•Analyze and develop capital/debt restructure plans•Develop cash flow projection models•Identify appropriate funding sources and facilitate financing efforts•Create and deliver presentations to financial institutions and Venture Capital Firms for funding•Implement cost accounting and variance analysis reporting•Study overall profitability and make appropriate recommendations to maximize profit potential •Develop and implement new internal controls and fiscal oversight
