During the last 5 years with Heartland Farms, et al, we achieved the following :- Implemented a wide-ranging Digital Payroll and Human Resource Information System that included Employee Self Service, a digital Learning ManagementSystem, a fully integrated Recruiting and Applicant Tracking System, a Legal and Compliance Management (FLMA, UC, WC, OSHA, ADA, etc.) system, anautomated Benefits Open Enrollment and Benefits Management system, and a Payroll, Employee Accrual, Performance Assessment and Disciplinary Management system.- Created and implemented a 3-tier, self-funded Health and Welfare Benefits plan that includes near-site clinics, direct & bundled contracts, low deductibles, and no-cost provider options that are available from day 1 to all our members, while keeping plan costs from 12% to 33% below National Averages for our company size, and 40% to 45% below regional levels.- Through various Employee Relations and Recruiting initiatives, have kept Heartland Farms, Horizon Cranberry Farm, and Top Tier Ingredients fully staffed through the COVID Pandemic, increased tenure, and reduced non-seasonal turnover to below 11%, annually. Through the use of Migrant and H2-A labor, we have virtually eliminated seasonal staffing issues for all our companies.- I've also contributed to Software Development, Product Management, and Automation and Controls Engineering.

Technology vision. I Transferred responsibility to our current IT Director in 8/2014.

As a contract consultant, I restructured leadership and led account expansion across 5 inbound and outbound call centers for a Fortune 100 Healthcare company. Created & implemented a performance management system that drove a 25%+ improvement in performance and quality scores, while reducing staffing requirements for contract completions. Redesigned compensation plans to improve retention and drive record growth.

This included due diligence, negotiations, announcement, and the integration of benefits, compensation, HR policy & procedures, IT security, and IT infrastructure into the acquiring company. Re-engineered benefits strategy towards consumer-directed health care plans (NoelCare©) including FSA/HRA, and HDHC/HSA, yielding initial 25%+ recurring cost savings and increased employee satisfaction levels.
