Senior Engineer
Current- Technical leadership, working closely with both product and UX stakeholders from planning out the roadmap to leading workshops with involvement from the whole team in order to generate confidence in key decisions.- Responsible for key decisions around product architecture and delivery timescales, determining what might be the best data that can be used to achieve our goals.- Hiring, developing and mentoring junior colleagues to help improve their skills and encouraging them to share their insights to harness the diversity of the team.- I am a voice for our users. I meet with colleagues who deal with audience feedback on a weekly basis, and use this information to help drive improvement within the team with the qualitative feedback we receive.- Champion of accessibility to help create products that can be used and enjoyed by all.
