CurrentMain Responsibilities:• To achieve targets on new vehicles from Dealers.• Sales mix, marketing and promotion of new product at local level.• Managing turnover of new and used vehicles.• Use of Result & Activity KPI´s for improving Dealer performance.• Quality of customer handling and sales process focusing on Sales CSI scores, image and Brand presentation of new and used car facilities.• Local communication of national consumer offers.• Influence over local performance in market place.• Setting, monitoring and evaluating specific action plans.• Implementation of Honda Sales Operating Standards on prioritised Dealers.• Advise and communicate best practice on marketing and promotional activities.• To support activities related to implement Brand corporate identity in sales facilities.• Ensure retailers have adequate product and sales training to support their sales objectives.• Carry out interviews with identified potential dealers, to explain franchise policies anddirection and ensure candidate alignment with and agreement to this.
