Current• Administrator for Salesforce instance consisting of Sales/Service Cloud, Pardot, and 180 users across 9 countries. • Setup and train new Salesforce users. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting managed through Email-to-Case.• Manage security and sharing models through roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing settings, etc. • Create and maintain automations through flow, workflow rules, process builder, and approval processes. • Responsible for data maintenance. Utilize tools such as Dataloader and Informatica for large date imports/updates.• Collaborate with key stakeholders to build and automate various types of reports and dashboards.• Played key role in transitioning our Salesforce org from Classic to Lightning Experience. Highlights included object and field cleanup, design of new security and sharing models, creation of Lightning training materials, and training all users on Lightning.• Administer and provide training/support for sales prospecting tools such as, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Winmo. As well as other 3rd party tools such as, RingDNA, Lead Forensics, Covideo, OwnBackup, Geopointe, seProposals, and Conga X-Author.
