I love the process of identifying a need and effectively implementing a scalable solution. Through my experience, I've learned the value of leveraging all available resources and creating actionable strategies. My early career was spent in the hospitality industry after graduating from Le Cordon Bleu with a focus on Operations & Restaurant Management. Driving sales and efficiently managing costs, I was able to deliver memorable experiences for guests with luxury brands such as The Ritz-Carlton and Waldorf Astoria, in addition to top tier fine dining establishments such as Wolfgang Puck's Spago. The psychology of understanding and anticipating needs is an invaluable skill gained from my time in hospitality. According to tests like "Clifton Strengths", I'm incredibly analytical. After analyzing that report...I'd have to agree. I believe this mindset (with a hospitality lens) will be the driving force behind continued professional and entrepreneurial growth.
