Currently, I am a successful property claims adjuster, which is a physically and mentally challenging career, balancing emotions, priorities and expectations of not only the policy holder, but the company, the agency and the contractors. All of which have seperate motives. This is indeed a fine line balancing act, and takes special skills to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. I maintain proper decorum, retention and an extreme high level of satisfaction. I have also experienced success being self employed for over five years, understanding all of triumphs and tragedies of owning your own business. I have a great rapport with business owners and understand their problems and needs. I have also found success in the business to business sales area. Extremely high closing ratios on qualified leads, prospecting and cold calling. An area of strength was obtaining larger accounts and managing and servicing them with little or no loss retention. Creation of long lasting relationships and friendships, which eventually became loyal customers.
