Created a standardized Operations System that standardized all aspects of Varsity's operations, from equipment selection and specifications to employee training and retention to process development, all under a branding outcome-driven operating system designed to drive safety, health, asset preservation, productivity, and environmental outcomes for clients. The system was copyrighted and trademarked and sold to subcontractors, impacting all 6,000 employees and 400 managers. This operating system achieved a 3-point average increase in our EBITDA and led to double-digit growth between 2006-2016. Developed a new service offering and brand, generating $12M in revenue with a 20% ROI. Led the development, standardization, and implementation of Varsity's Information Technology Department, 24/7 Call Center, and Marketing and Sales Teams. Repositioned the company as a sustainable green leader, achieving recognition from the Ashkin Group. Created Varsity’s corporate university, including an e-learning curriculum, library, and LMS. Led the development of the industry's first handheld quality assurance application.
