About Marc Crisafulli

I am a retired executive focusing on making part-time contributions to various entities and communities. I am the Chair of the 195 District Commission, the Chairman of the Bally’s RI Board, a director of Priority Technology Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: PRTH), a director of Pavilion Payments, and a CAR-T Cell Ambassador. I also serve on numerous community non-profits. I recently retired from Bally’s Corporation (NYSE: BALY), where I served as Executive Vice President of Government Relations, Legal and Regulatory as well as President of the Rhode Island casinos. Before that I was EVP of Strategy of Operations. I am honored and humbled to have a Rhode Island law named after me, the Marc A. Crisafulli Economic Development Act of 2021, which preserved thousands of jobs and enabled $250 million of investment in RI through a partnership between RI, Bally’s and IGT. Before Bally’s, I ran the US&C region and the global device protection business for Brightstar, a Softbank company, where I had P&L responsibility for a $4B region with operations in the US and Canada as well as a $300M global division with operations on 5 continents. Rhode Island is my professional home, however, where I have been a trial lawyer, the general counsel of a NYSE public company, ran an international business for GTECH (now IGT), and was a corporate and business lawyer and then managing partner at Hinckley Allen.
