Virksomheden blev født ud fra en rammeaftale med Forsvaret, som vi har haft siden 2013, og igen har forlænget frem til 2025. I dag bevæger vi os indenfor både den militære og civile industri. I førstnævnte kategori arbejder vi med Forsvaret, forsvarsindustrien, samt store udenlandske systemhuse. I den civile industri er vi bredt tilstede, men har mange store kunder indenfor automation-, fødevare-, jern & metal-, samt den maritime industri. Mit fokus som Head of National Defence er at varetage rammeaftalen med Forsvaret, og specifikt Forsvarets Materiel- og Indkøbsstyrelse, og samtidig udbygge vores tilstedeværelse i den danske forsvarsindustri.

My job as a mentor was to help the student overcome obstacles, related to the student life. This was not only academic, but also helping with the structure and provide the student with guidelines and a framework to keep an overview of their career.

My responsibility was to assist the trade advisors with consultancy work, including tasks such as; market research, partner- and distribution search, recruitment and establishment of US Inc., within the industries of Automotive, Machine, Oil & Gas, and Food & Retail. Furthermore, I spent three weeks working on a Offshore Wind project at The Danish General Consulate in Chicago, which continued throughout my master thesis.

My job was to secure that all customers feel comfortable, and to handle all sort of different cases in a stressed environment. Fast decisions were to be made, and it required good communication skills.

Aarhus And France

For the third year in a row, I work as a ski instructor for the students at Aarhus School of Business and Social Sciences, arranged by Studenterlauget. With more than 500 participants every year, a team of 12 instructors and 3 coordinators are responsible for the process of transporting the students to the destination in France, and organizing the arrangements during the trip. This has taught me to take responsibility, to speak in public and to be independent and structured.
