Following the merger, worked to integrate & transform business units so they performed maximally in support of new business realities.- Conducting analyses of international competition for the Singer Sewing Machine Company in response to significant market share erosion. Reformulated Singer's marketing, sales, and distribution strategies to restore industry leadership. - Conducting conflict assessments and creating conflict management processes for major international corporations including Exxon-Mobil and Chase Bank. Interfaced with law enforcement entities in circumstances where industrial sabotage was considered a possibility.
