Responsible for managing six field superintendents and seven field trade personnel. Reestablished company safety policy and ensure safety standards per company Best Practices and OSHA standards are implemented at jobsites and that on-site leadership is enforcing it. Schedule and oversee safety training for field employees. Coordinating and scheduling labor assignments for each week’s projects & tasks according to Project Schedules via the Field Superintendents and Project Managers. Oversee and implement project quality standards for all projects and ensure installation Best Practice Systems are being upheld.
