Group Finance Division / M&A Team• Performed feasibility studies and managed transactions in thermal and renewable generation, gas infrastructures, energy services, mining, regulated and unregulated businesses.• The role included strategic advice, deal origination, valuation, financing, post-deal financial integration and general project management.• Selected transactions:- Acquisition of a 20% stake in TIGF - gas transmission and storage - through a consortium (France),- Disposal of the Sutton Bridge gas-fired power station (UK).
