Recruited for all areas and departments of the Firm including Audit (Commercial & Financial), Tax (Commercial, Financial, and High Net Worth), Information Technology, Marketing, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Finance, Administration, and Business DevTalent Acquisition | Talent Management | Employee relations | New hire orientations | Surveying and Firm statistics | HRIS administration• Managed nationwide recruiting for 1,000+ employee Firm. Consisting of: o Developed recruiting strategy consisting of social media, referral programs, networking events, and databases for experienced hires for all offices, business units, and departments o Prescreened resumes, phone screen candidates, and coordinated in-house interviews with hiring managers. Averaged 500+ application per job posting online o Sourced applicants from job boards, social media outlets, and networking events to create a passive pipeline of candidates while maintaining 45+ jobs at any given time o Extended offer and conducted all on-boarding initiatives, i.e. buddy program, processing paperwork, and new hire orientations o Maintained relationships with 15+ third-party staffing firms• Executed a $1 million dollar budget that encompassed all recruiting, marketing, and advertising efforts such as external vendors, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various job boards• Hired, trained, and managed Talent Acquisition Specialist to allow for higher impact recruiting through more meaningful relationship building, niche recruiting, and increased time management• Facilitated job appropriate assessments to qualify talent, including analyzing and tracking results• Provided training to Partners and Managers on hiring trends, interviewing practices, and marketplace indicators• Assisted in creating new Tax departments by conveying market trends and analysis and fully staffing them
