My career in law enforcement began as a police officer with the City of Atlanta Police Department and transitioned to nearly 25 years of service as a Special Agent with the United States Secret Service (USSS). During my tenure, I had the unique honor of serving three U.S. Presidents at the White House, as well as acting as Protective Detail Leader for two Presidential Chiefs of Staff. This experience allowed me to conduct and supervise executive protection operations in both domestic and international settings, utilizing a range of assets and methodologies tailored to the unique challenges of each environment.I also served in a leadership role at USSS Headquarters as the Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAIC) of the USSS Continuity of Operations (COOP) Program. In this capacity, I was responsible for coordinating emergency preparedness procedures and policies across all domestic and international offices, ensuring operational readiness under a variety of potential crises.In my final years with the USSS, I led the USSS/Atlanta Cyber Fraud Task Force, where I spearheaded efforts to engage private industry, law enforcement, and academia in combating cyber-related crimes. My work included providing cybersecurity awareness training and conducting tabletop exercises for organizations and C-suite executives to enhance their resilience against digital threats.Following my distinguished public service, I transitioned to the private sector as Director in the Private Client + Family Office Division of Jensen Hughes. There, I worked closely with Fortune 500 companies, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and family offices to assess and enhance their physical, technical, and cybersecurity practices, helping them reduce risks and vulnerabilities.Today, I am the Founder and CEO of Sentinel Protection Solutions LLC, where I leverage my extensive background in executive protection, cybersecurity, and risk management to help high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporate clients safeguard their people, property, and privacy.
