How I work. I live being a hotelier at its fullest, establishing the right balance between traditional and innovative approaches and values. Being a truly passionate hotelier, working with leaders, owners, peers who share a similar enthusiasm for hospitality inspires me to deliver my very best. Skills that best reflect my style; I am an experienced all-around operator, with leadership and vision. A clear communicator and sound decision maker with a team minded approach who displays commercial thinking on a micro and macro level. Wellness in its true form is a fast growing segment within hospitality, one where I have acquired considerable experience over recent years, and one where I have a competitive edge and can bring much value to the benefit of an operator.My recent assignments led me to take on key responsibility roles in property pre-opening stages, with tasks involving project critical path management, construction and development liaising, OS&E planning, wellness concept development, brand positioning & marketing strategies, budgeting as well as people and culture leadership.
