Dr. Marc A. He holds a Master's, St. Mary's Seminary and University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Maryland College Park - his focus of study was on applied behavioral science in organizational settings. Marc is a master trainer and consultant with 40 years’ experience in teaching and training. For four years, he served as Baltimore's Director of Training & Education - Mayor's Office of Emergency Management & Public Safety. He's authored a scientific research-based book on using quality metrics and is co-author of five other books - Empowering the Leader Within: Four Essential Virtues, and Sam Smith Star Spangled Hero, Sam Smith: The Man Who Saved America, Lessons in Leadership from the War of 1812, and Last Shepherd: A Novel (all available on Amazon.com).
