► Coordinates and oversees day-to-day operations of video production team for Samsung Mobile Training & Development to create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for sales talks, product knowledge, internal company announcements, product marketing, store operations, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects► Pre-Production: Work independently or as part of a team to establish project deliverables. Actively leads, mentors and trains team to create scripts, storyboards and shot lists. Plan video shoots, scouts and select shoot locations ► Production: Responsible for everything that involves capturing images with the camera, including the camera itself, shooting angles and camera movements, film and lens type, lighting, framing. Directs and motivates film crews and actors. Manages creative components and collaborates with team to stage all visual elements of the set► Post Production: Record and edit video and sound projects, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sound effects, media management and archiving project media► Provides key insights in retail operations to contribute to the development of marketing content, employee surveys, pitch lines, E-learnings, and other digital training materials for sales talks/product knowledge
