Defined technology development strategy with input from our team building a strong level of trust through collaborative project planning and by bringing individuals together, with often different perspectives, to solve our most challenging problems.Technical responsibilities including organizing the team to design launch customer’s bespoke generator taking a systems approach to requirements management including defining the new product development (NPD) process deliverables; presenting to customer in Asia at major design review milestones. Clean-sheet design and analysis of generator structural components and generator/turbine interface. Evaluated technical solutions through trade studies with input from team members, vendors and customers, and through design studies using custom developed parameterized models.

Including project management of technical field validations with budgets over $100k; collecting, analyzing and reporting the results used to make recommendations that were adopted by the executive team.
