I spearheaded a new business development strategy that achieved a 9.7% email click-through rate and a 30.77% LinkedIn response rate in the first year of implementation, securing two contracts within my first eight months at the company. Additionally, I optimized client acquisition strategies and streamlined internal communications to enhance team synergy and productivity. Finally generating leads that match our successful ICP which were 50 a day, amounting to £60,000.00 to be passed on to the prospecting team. In collaboration with the marketing department, I led the development of a Christmas Special for 2024, which included two categories: Discounted Offers and Referral Incentives. My responsibilities involved creating marketing materials such as presentations and infographics, as well as developing client profiles for our partners to ensure a tailored experience.

Managed relationships with four partners simultaneously, focusing on personalized email strategies tailored to their needs. Oversaw all LinkedIn interactions and created weekly posts while providing clients with updates on their lead databases. The goal was to qualify leads by categorizing them as SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) and MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) before passing them to clients for further action.As part of the business development team, I conducted cold calls, emailed prospects, and engaged with leads via LinkedIn, along with script building tailored to the clients business. Within the first 5 months I secured 7 solid leads that converted into a sale.

Promoted veganism and animal protection through Islamic teachings. Developed an NGO focused on educating communities about ethical treatment of animals and plant-based lifestyles. Created engaging content—reels, posts, and infographics—across social media platforms to raise awareness of global animal welfare and sustainability issues.This was a short contract based position for 3 months

I taught ESL and EFL within a Cambridge-led syllabus, focusing on Year 9 Checkpoint Exams as well as Upper Primary (Year 5) and Lower Secondary (Year 8) levels. I prepared weekly study materials and developed a comprehensive calendar for study preparation. The English department held weekly meetings to discuss student progress, instructional strategies, and adaptation to the curriculum.I emphasized both theoretical and practical learning experiences, encouraging students to engage with English outside the classroom. In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I served as the school swim coach and organized the 2021 Halloween Bonfire Fest. I am proud to note that all my Checkpoint students successfully passed their English exams.
