General Manager with a broad operational, technical and managerial experience in Air Traffic Management and Aviation.Starting as a technical specialist I gradually developed myself via project- and programme management into senior management. After my first management role in the OPS department I returned 'home' in the technical domain. In 2013 I was given the opportunity to lead the technical department of LVNL and become a member of the management team of LVNL.In my current role as member of the LVNL Management Team responsible for the technical department (operational and corporate) at LVNL. As Senior Responsible Owner responsible for a number of ambitious ICT projects and programs. The development and implementation of the new iTEC based Centre Automation System (iCAS) is the biggest challenge to date. Besides iCAS, other projects currently running are the refurbishment of the Schiphol Towers and implementation of an Electronic Flightstrips System, development and implementation of a new Voice Communication System and various replacement projects in the CNS domain (ILS, VOR, radars).Specialties: Dedicated to change and as such primarily a change manager with love for the technical and operational side of the ATM and Aviation business.
