Alto Mail is an innovative and smart eMail platform designed to identify and highlight information which matters to the user, when it's relevant and where it's relevant. It is a true global platform for multiple devices (Mobile and Desktop), 39 countries which allows global delivery of features including Mail, Address Book, Calendar, Sync and Open API access across all platforms and brands while maintaining low development costs.Defined and managed Internationalization (I18N) requirements for all AOL product teams to improve time to market, support full global roll outs and significantly reduce development and maintenance costs. Worked with Business, Product Management, Program Management and key product teams to develop and deliver a complete product portfolio for new countries/locales to fuel AOL’s expansion into new geographies in a cost-effective way. Created standardized toolkit that reduced costs by an estimated 50% while improving time to market.

Managed design, architecture, development and delivery of an international portal platform and integration of products to boost AOLs global strategy while reporting directly to the Audience Product Development VP.Key member of the US team to support the transition of the European access business.Designed and led the implementation of APIs and technology to speed up and improve partner integration and significantly reduce development cost.
