This program covered three large IT and business projects to transform the actual IT environment to a new, modern platform, used by SBB and all other Public Transportation Companies in Switzerland and builds and rolls out the new SwissPass as the key to the Public Transport System in Switzerland (read more on http://www.SwissPass.ch).In 2014/2015 member of the extended Executive Management Team of the Passenger Division to improve the importance and visibility of the program management in the whole organization.
