Leading the start up of the EMEA headoffice and warehouse for Rad Torque Systems Inc, a Canadian producer of electronic and pneumatic torque tools for the bolting industry. I'm commercially responsible for the sales and distribution of RAD Torque tools in the EMEA region. RAD develops and produces highly advanced and precise powered torque multipliers and has a range of patents.

After my return from the USA, I accepted the position of Sales and Marketing manager Windpower for Enerpac in Ede, Holland. Enerpac is a multinational company and has recently focussed its attention to the fast growing wind power industry. It is my task to set out Enerpac's strategy in this and develop the necessary actions to position ourselves in this market. Think of initiating product developments, promotional events and sales initiatives.Since august 2010 I have been given an additional job - responsible for our bolting product line in EMEA. Giving commercial and marketing direction towards our sales organisation is my main task in this.

After completion of an extensive business plan, I was asked to start up the North American subsidiary of Hyva International B.V., the Dutch producer of hydraulic systems for the transport industry. This required relocation of our family to Chicago IL, where we also founded Hyva Corporation. It was my responsibility to manage all the sales and marketing activities for the USA and Canada, as well as hire office and sales personel. I had complete P&L responsibility. After successfully starting up and running the company I decided for family reasons to return to the Netherland at the end of 2008.

During these years I was sales responsible for different geographic areas. These included: Mediterranean countries, Scandinavia, Australia, and parts of Eastern Europe. I managed the relations with the distributors and expanded Hyva's network with newly appointed agents and distributors. At the same time I was responsible for two large OEM accounts; Volvo Trucks AB and Scania AB in Sweden. These companies I visited regularly as they were large direct accounts for Hyva tipping bodies.

I started with Hyva International B.V. on the export sales department. I was responsible for the complete internal sales process and kept day to day contacts with main distributors and customers.

For the compulsory Military service in The Netherlands, I served for 14 months with the Royal Dutch Marines
